Customer Service Executive


Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

About the Role


The Customer Service team acts as the point of contact between our customers and our company. As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle incoming queries, identify the needs of our customers by asking the right questions, recommend and monitor the solutions provided to them. We will depend on you to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Your Job Scope

  • Handle calls and emails from customers

  • Identify and propose solutions

  • Send price quotations

  • Prepare job sheets

  • Perform basic artwork amendments

  • Work with production team and external suppliers to fulfill orders

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Converses well, in English and Mandarin

  • Able to send emails in English

  • Organised and detail oriented

  • Good memory

  • Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word & Excel

 

Experiences We Value

  • Working in a customer facing position. Examples include retail or front desk.

  • Working in the Graphics Art industry

  • Experience with graphic design software

Interview Process


We are trying to minimize face to face interactions due to COVID-19.


Your interview will be done remotely via google meet. No software download is required but you’ll be expected to have a webcam and microphone to complete the interview.
